Island Landscapes ensures that all Health and Safety aspects are top priority, whether on sites or on our own premises.
Island Landscapes' Health and Safety Policy is together with other Procedures and Risk Assessments monitored continually and updated if required.
In general our policies and procedures are reviewed annually by our Health and Safety Advisors CRONER.
However, if situations or new legislations / regulations are to be put in place we get immediate information from CRONER, these procedures and policies are then updated accordingly to keep our staff in the office and all staff and others on sites safe. Island Landscapes' Health and Safety Standards are compliant with NHBC, SMAS and CQMS requirements for major Home building companies such as i.e. Barratt Homes, Persimmon Homes and Bellway Homes, to name a few.
All our staff receive annual refresher training in Risk Assessments, Manual Handling,
Emergency First Aid at work and Fire and all are CSCS carded.
Island Landscapes is also a registered member of BALI (British Association of Landscape Industries). To learn more about BALI, please click on the following link: www.bali.co.uk .

Plastics ,glass and metals are also separated and disposed in separate containers.
All waste accrued is taken off site and then disposed by a contracted certified waste carrier. The certification can be requested by using our contact form here on this website.
